Welcome to our groups 20-week Challenge Page. The 20-week challenge was set up by members Pam & Julie as a way to kick start new art adventures for our members, after the long COVID restrictions. It began in 2022. The aim was to focus on the elements, principles & movement of art but keep the weekly tasks small and simple. More importantly they had to be interesting and FUN.  There were 20 pages in the journal and 20 members took part. A final artwork was created by each artist and exhibited in the Glen Rock Gallery in Esk along with the journals. This exhibition received wonderful feedback and was voted a resounding success by the partipants. This 20-week challenge is being undertaken in 2025 by 27 members who have not previously completed this adventure. Following many requests for another Challenge, Pam & Julie have crafted the 15-week version that is designed to extend our members knowledge and skill just a little more. Both challenges are being run simultaneously, and final works and journals will be exhibited in January & February 2026 at the Glenrock Gallery in Esk. 

We are currently in the process of uploading all entries to our website. In each folder below you will be able to view the participant's entries for every topic of each year. We have not included the participants names on the artwork.
