Community ART Groups
SAGS N WAGS
WEDNESDAY ART GROUP and SATURDAY ART GROUP (SAGSnWAGS)
This group of artists who meet socially twice a month, come under the umbrella of the Arts Council and are not part of Artists of Crows Nest although many of our members attend SAGSnWAGS regularly. They meet on the second Wednesday and the last Saturday of the month to socialise and enjoy creating art in a friendly atmosphere. SAGSnWAGS is held in the RSL Community Hall, Crows Nest. Bring your own materials pay $5 for the day’s morning tea and join the group in doing whatever it is you are currently working on with like-minded artisans, 9am – 4pm.
The cost of membership with the Arts Council is $10 a year.
Crows Nest Arts & Craft Shop
The Arts and Craft Shop is a place where you can sell your work to the local, and visiting community. To sell work in this venue, a membership is required. For more information, see the Arts & Crafts shop; they are not a part of AoCN.
